Here's what we kept seeing. A bride in Carolina Forest spends her lunch break calling limo companies. Two don't answer. One quotes a number that doubles once gratuity, fuel and "beach season" appear. Another sells her info to a lead broker, and now her phone won't stop ringing. She still doesn't know what a fair price looks like.
